Analisando o termo "genérico", não associado ao mundo da programação, simplesmente significa que não está directamente ligado a uma marca. Por exemplo, ao comprar um lava loiças genérico (lava loiças sem marca), sabemos que estamos a comprar um lava loiças e esperamos que nos ajude a lavar a loiça sem na realidade saber qual a marca exacta (se alguma) que está por detrás de tal produto. Aquirimos o lava loiças apenas para o nosso fim, ignorando a todo o tempo, qual o seu conteúdo.

After finishing the first stage of Kiplug's recordings and after being in the studio mixing and EQ and finally after reading all resources I could found from my book/mag library I really had the need to post all the information I could gather and therefore this can be come in handy (specially for me :).
